Security Film to protect students in an active shooter situation

The Academy of Moore County is a school that is prepared for the new reality of active shooter situations in our schools. We were honored to help make sure our students are protected. While not revealing publicly all that has been done to prevent access to the school, and more importantly, the young lives learning here, we are confident with a combination of methods, both security film and security screens, access has be greatly limited.

While not ‘bullet proof’, our security film can withstand aggressive forced entry attempts from even AR-15 assault rifle attacks. This gives you many valuable minutes to act to protect from injury and loss of life. This video compares the time it takes to gain entry through a 1/4″ tempered glass door without window film and one protected with clear 13 mil LLumar safety and security window film and a silicone attachment system.
